Task 1: Install the Rescue by GoTo Integration Package

This procedure assumes you already have both a Rescue by GoTo account and a Salesforce Developer, Enterprise or Unlimited account.

Before you begin:

Click here to install Rescue by GoTo and log in with the administrator user account of the Salesforce organization under which you want to install the Rescue app.
Select Install for All Users.
Tick the checkbox to acknowledge that you are installing a non-Salesforce application (that is Rescue by GoTo).
Click Install.
On the Approve Third-Party Access page, select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites and click Continue.

Results: Rescue by GoTo is now installed.
