How to Remote Control a Customer's Computer in the WebConsole
Use Remote control to operate the customer's device.
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to launch remote control sessions.
The session must be Active.
- On the Technician Console Customer Desktop tab, select Remote control.
- Use the Remote Control toolbar to manage the remote session.
Result: All other Workspace tabs remain available.
- To end remote control, click the red X End Remote Control on the Remote Control toolbar.
Result: Remote control ends, but the session remains active.
