    New:

    Support for Translations in Landing Page Customization
    Administrators can now customize the text and the Terms of Service URL on the Customer Landing page for all supported languages.

    Rescue Live Lens is now available in six additional languages on both agent and customer side.

    Rescue Live Lens - May 19, 2021

    New:

    In-app Flashlight Control
    Rescue Live Lens now allows both the customer and the agent to turn the flashlight of the customer's device on/off without leaving Live Lens.
    Restriction: This feature is only available when the customer is using an Android device equipped with a flashlight.

    Currently, control of the flashlight may not be available on a limited number of Android devices having multiple cameras.

    Rescue Live Lens - April 20, 2021

    Improved:

    Live Lens reporting now excludes those sessions where streaming did not start because the customer did not join.

    Rescue Live Lens - March 8, 2021

    Session Experience Customizations
    Rescue Live Lens Administrators can now customize the customer experience by adding custom messaging to the Session Invitation SMS and the Customer Landing Page.

    Agent Permission Control
    Rescue Live Lens Administrators can now manage the availability of the Audio (VoIP) and Snapshot features for agents, as well as change the validity period of the Support Key.

    Rescue Live Lens - November 26, 2020

    New:

    Responsive Mobile UI for Live Lens Agents
    Agents can now use the Rescue Live Lens Agent Web Console on mobile devices. Live Lens auto-detects when an agent accesses the console from a mobile device, and offers a touch-responsive UI optimized for mobile experience.

    July 16, 2020
