- Session Experience Customizations
Rescue Live Lens Administrators can now customize the customer experience by adding custom messaging to the Session Invitation SMS and the Customer Landing Page.

- Agent Permission Control
Rescue Live Lens Administrators can now manage the availability of the Audio (VoIP) and Snapshot features for agents, as well as change the validity period of the Support Key.

- Responsive Mobile UI for Live Lens Agents
- Agents can now use the Rescue Live Lens Agent Web Console on mobile devices. Live Lens auto-detects when an agent accesses the console from a mobile device, and offers a touch-responsive UI optimized for mobile experience.
