How to Set Agent Console Language
The Rescue Live Lens agent console runs in the language selected as the active language in the agent's browser. If the console is not available in the selected language, the English version is used.

Customer-side Language Settings
Rescue Live Lens runs in the language selected as the active language in the customer's browser. If the website is not available in the customer's language, the English version is used.
