Creating an API key for LogMeIn Rescue app in Zendesk

- In Zendesk, click Manage (
) at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Select the API link under the Channels section.
- Make sure Token Access is turned on.
- Add a new API token by clicking the plus sign.
- Name the token as LogMeIn Rescue and copy the token's value. You will need it when configuring Zendesk.
