Working with Recordings (Admin)

Rescue Live Guide can optionally make a recording of all on-screen activity during a Rescue Live Guide session and store it in the cloud. Rescue Live Administrators have access to all the recordings created during sessions conducted by any agent of their organization, while agents can only see recordings created during their own shared browsing sessions.
