Can Agents Run a Rescue Live Lens Session on a Mobile Device?

    Rescue Live Lens automatically detects when an agent accesses the Agent Console from a mobile device (including tablets), and offers a touch-responsive layout optimized for mobile experience.

    Are the any feature restrictions?
    The following features are not available for agents accessing the Agent Console from a mobile device:

    • Highlighter
    • Add text
    • Numbered arrows
