Why can't I download the Rescue+Mobile applet onto a smartphone?

    First, ensure you are using a compatible device.

    Next, ensure you are using the device's default browser. The user agent of some third-party browser's may purposely misrepresent the device, resulting in an incorrect download format.

    If you are still experiencing difficulty, you may enter the corresponding URL directly to your device's browser .
