Why am I unable to create Rescue+Mobile sessions?

    In order to utilize the Rescue+Mobile add-on, you must either sign up for a free trial or purchase a Rescue+Mobile seat.

    If you have already created a Rescue+Mobile account, the sessions will not appear in the queue if the technician lacks the appropriate permissions.

    To set this: Launch the Rescue Administration Center, select the technician, and ensure that Mobile is checked under Licenses in the Organization tab.
