Using the Queue tabs to Locate Sessions
This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.
Use the Queue tabs to locate accessible sessions.
Select a queue to change the sessions displayed in the Session List.
- All
- Select the All queue to show all sessions from all queues.
- Private Queue
- Select the Private Queue to show Private Sessions of any status.
- Channel Queue
- Select the Channel Queue to show Channel Sessions of any status.
- Active Sessions
- Select the Active Sessions queue to show only sessions with Active status.
- Monitored
- Administrators can select the Monitored queue to show technicians being monitored. This tab is not visible to technicians.
