Supporting Android devices from the Webconsole
This section summarizes how LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile can be used to support Android devices from the WebConsole.
LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile App for Android
The customer must have the LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile app for Android. The app can be downloaded from Google Play or by following a link sent by the technician during connection.

System info panel provides access to the following information:
- System information (OS, Device model, device screen)
- Memory information
- Mobile network information
- Battery and power consumption information
- Storage information
- Connections
Features and Tools Available from the Device View Tab

View the
LogMeIn Rescue + Mobile Android app on the customer's device. Depending on permissions, the following features may also be available when controlling an Android:
- Whiteboard
- Laser pointer
Tip: You can use the Rotate Left/Rotate Right buttons (under Device view, or on the Session Toolbar in case of the Customer Display tab) to switch between landscape and portrait modes. - Remote control

View and control the customer's device. Depending on permissions, the following features may also be available when controlling an Android:
