Standard Instant Chat via PIN Entry Form

Important: To use a custom PIN entry form, you must integrate the code for ‘Custom form’ found in the Administration Center on the Resources tab.

You have two options to use the standard Instant Chat with a PIN entry form.

Option 1

The customer goes to and enters the technician-generated PIN in the appropriate field.

Option 2

The customer enters the PIN in a field built into your website using the ‘Code for Custom logmein123 form’.

Integrated PIN Entry Form

To enable the customer to see the Instant Chat interface in a standard browser window, set the Customer Applet to Use Instant Chat in the Administration Center on the Settings tab. Otherwise, the Customer Applet is executed.
