Standard Instant Chat via PIN Entry Form
You have two options to use the standard Instant Chat with a PIN entry form.
The customer goes to www.GoTo123.com and enters the technician-generated PIN in the appropriate field.

The customer enters the PIN in a field built into your website using the ‘Code for Custom GoTo123 form’.

To enable the customer to see the Instant Chat interface in a standard browser window, set the Customer Applet to Use Instant Chat in the Administration Center on the Settings tab. Otherwise, the Customer Applet is executed.
