QuickNav: Jump to Specific Destinations on a Mobile Device
Click2Fix offers the QuickNav widget, which enables technicians to jump to specific settings or destinations on the customer's device.
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to use Click2Fix for mobile.
The session must be Active.
- On the Click2Fix tab under QuickNav, click the destination you want to open on the customer's device.
Don't see the one that you want? Click More... to get a list of all the available destination items.Tip: Pin your favorite items to the widget.Restriction: In case of iOS devices, you can only access destinations within the LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile app.
Result: The selected destination opens on the customer's device.
