Click2Fix offers the QuickNav widget, which enables technicians to jump to specific settings or destinations on the customer's device.
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to use Click2Fix for mobile.
The session must be Active.
On the Click2Fix tab under QuickNav, click the destination you want to open on the customer's device.
Don't see the one that you want? Click More... to get a list of all the available destination items.
Tip: Pin your favorite items to the widget.
Restriction: In case of iOS devices, you can only access destinations within the Rescue+Mobile app.
The selected destination opens on the customer's device.
With remote control. You are controlling the customer's device and want to change privacy settings. Instead of clicking through to privacy settings, you click the QuickNav Privacy destination item. You will see that the "Privacy settings" destination opens on the customer's device.
Without remote control. You want to guide the customer to privacy settings on their mobile device. Rather than coach the customer through all the steps to reach privacy settings, you click the QuickNav Privacy destination item. On the customer's device, the "Privacy settings" destination opens. Now you can coach the customer to change the required setting.
