How to View System Processes Running on a Mobile Device
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.Supported platforms:
Restriction: Chat session type only!
- On the System info tab click Processes.
- To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Process Information.
Result: The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.
