How to View System Processes Running on a Mobile Device

This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:
  • Android
  • iOS
    Restriction: Chat session type only!
  1. On the System info tab click Processes.
  2. To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Process Information.

    Result: The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.

All processes running on the device are displayed.
