How to View Recent Events from a Mobile Device - Logcat
This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.
View application, security, and system events.
Before you begin:
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.
Supported platforms:- Android
Restriction: Not available for iOS.
- On the System info tab, click Logcat.
- To view recent events on the customer's device, click Request Logcat.
Results: Logcat opens. Recent application, security, and system events are shown in a tabbed interface, and can be sorted according to name, date, source, event, user and computer.
