How to Terminate a Process for a Mobile Device
This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.
You can learn from this article how to terminate a process for a mobile device.
Before you begin:
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.
Supported platforms:- Android
Restriction: Not available for iOS.
- On the System info tab, click Processes.
- To terminate a selected process on the customer's device click End Process.
Results: The selected process is terminated on the customer's device.
