How to Send a Predefined URL

    This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

    You can send a predefined URL to a customer at any time during an active session.

    Before you begin:

    The agent's Technician Group must have permission to send URLs.

    1. On the Chat console, click the Push URL button.

      Result: A menu is displayed showing all available predefined URLs.

    2. Select the predefined URL you want to send to the customer.

      Result: The text of the selected reply appears in the Chat box.

    3. Optional: edit the text.
    4. Press Enter or click the Send button.

      Result: The URL opens in the customer's default browser.
