How to Send a Customer Survey

    This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

    Before you begin:

    A Rescue Administrator must activate Customer Survey at the Technician Group or Channel level for this feature to be available.

    • Automatic Deployment at Session End
      • For all Applet-based sessions, the customer survey automatically opens in a browser window at session end.
      • For Instant Chat sessions in Chat-only mode, the customer is prompted to open the survey when the technician ends the session.

        Sample Message: "0:00 AM [Technician Name] would like you to complete a brief Customer Survey. Open Customer Survey"

        The customer must click the link to open the survey.

    • Manual Push During Session
      • At any time during an active session, right-click a session in the Session List and select Push Customer Survey. For Applet-based sessions, the customer survey automatically opens in a browser window. For Instant Chat sessions in Chat-only mode, the customer is prompted to open the survey.
