How to Make a Screen Capture During Remote Control
This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.
Create a screen capture of the customer's desktop. You can only capture the entire customer display. You cannot select a specific area to capture.
Before you begin:
Remember: The technician's Technician Group must have permission to make screen captures.
- Click the screen capture icon on the Remote Control toolbar.
