How to Launch an Application for a Mobile Device
This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.
Before you begin:
The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.
The session must be Active.Supported platforms:
Restriction: Not available for iOS.
- On the System info tab, click Applications.
- To launch an application on the customer's device, click Launch Application.
Results: The application is running on the customer's device.
