How to Launch an Application for a Mobile Device

This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:
  • Android
Restriction: Not available for iOS.
  1. On the System info tab, click Applications.
  2. To launch an application on the customer's device, click Launch Application.
The application is running on the customer's device.
