Using the Technician Console, Administrators can invite themselves to join a monitored technician's session as a Collaborating Technician.

1. On the Technician Console workspace, select the Session tab for the monitored technician.

   Result: The Session tab has two sub-tabs: Desktop and Active Sessions.

2. Select the Active Sessions sub-tab.

   Result: A list of the technician's current sessions is displayed.

3. Select the session you want to join.
4. Click Join Session.

   Result: You join the session as a Collaborating Technician. See also About Collaborating Technician Capabilities.
