How long will an inactive or connecting session appear in the technician console?
By default, waiting and connecting sessions will timeout after 5 minutes. Idle active sessions timeout after 15 minutes.
You can change these default time by going into the LogMeIn Rescue Admin Center, choosing the Settings tab, and going to the Timeouts section.
