How Do I Reset My Password in Rescue?

    Rescue users can change their password by navigating to a dedicated password resetting page.

    Depending on your role, this is how you can do it.

    Note: GoTo employees do not have access to your passwords.
    Technicians
    Use any of the below methods.
    • In the Technician Console Login window, click Forgot your password?.
    • When trying to log in to the Rescue website, click the Forgot your password? link.
    • Navigate directly to the Rescue password reset page.
    Administrators and Master Account Holders
    Use either of the below methods.
    • When trying to log in to the Rescue website, click the Forgot your password? link.
    • Navigate directly to the Rescue password reset page.

    Tips for password reset

    • Make sure you submit a valid email address that is associated with your Rescue account. Technicians without a valid email address need to ask their Administrator to reset their password in the Admin Center.
    • Global, EU, and Enterprise accounts are isolated. Make sure you use the right password reset page.
    • Password reset emails sometimes take a few minutes to be delivered.
    • If you cannot find the password reset email in your Inbox, try checking your spam folder.
