How do I edit my billing info for LogMeIn Rescue?
- If you pay by credit card
- Log into your LogMeIn Rescue Master Account at www.logmeinrescue.com.
- Ensure you are at the My Account page.
- Click Modify Billing Information.
- Update your billing information and save it.
- If you pay by invoice
Open a ticket with our support team, fill in all required fields, and provide the following information in the issue details section:
- Current billing address, phone number, bill-to email
- New billing address, phone number, bill-to email
A case will be created, and our support team will ensure your billing details are updated in our invoicing system. Please allow 5-7 business days for the changes to be completed. You will receive a confirmation through the contact email address you provided for the case. If the changes are confirmed prior to your next bill date, the invoice will reflect the new billing details provided.
