- Log into your LogMeIn Rescue account and launch the Administration Center.
- Ensure you are under the Organization tab.
- On the Organization Tree on the left, select the technician you wish to modify.
- Change the Email field to the email address you would like to use.
- Please make sure to scroll down and click the Save changes button.
