How do I change a technician email address?

    1. Log into your Rescue account and launch the Administration Center.
    2. Ensure you are under the Organization tab.
    3. On the Organization Tree on the left, select the technician you wish to modify.
    4. Change the Email field to the email address you would like to use.
    5. Please make sure to scroll down and click the Save changes button.
