How can I transfer a LogMeIn Rescue session to another technician?
When you have an active session in your Technician Console, you can transfer this session to another technician in your account.
- Select the session you wish to transfer by clicking on it in the session queue list.
- Click the yellow Transfer button.
- Select an available technician or channel (availability indicated by boldfaced text).
- Click OK.
