How can I transfer a Rescue session to another technician?

    When you have an active session in your Technician Console, you can transfer this session to another technician in your account.

    1. Select the session you wish to transfer by clicking on it in the session queue list.
    2. Click the yellow Transfer button.
    3. Select an available technician or channel (availability indicated by boldfaced text).
    4. Click OK.
