To make the information fields mandatory on your LogMeIn Rescue custom form and also the Tech Console:

1. Log in to your LogMeIn Rescue Admin Center.
2. On the Organization Tree, select the Technician Group you want to work with.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. Under Custom Fields (Private Sessions), select Mandatory for each field that must be completed by the technician before a new session can be generated.
5. Save your changes.
