Calling Card: Command Line Configuration

Developers can use command line parameters to integrate Calling Card into their organization’s help desk tool. These parameters give developers control over how Calling Card is installed and updated, and how it behaves upon launch.

Command line configuration overview:

  1. Developers integrate command line parameters into their main help desk tool.
  2. End users launch Calling Card sessions via the main help desk tool. Calling Card behaves according to the parameters set by the developers in the main help desk tool.
  3. Technicians provide support using the Technician Console.
