Allowing Technicians to Use Rescue Lens
Allow group members to start Rescue Lens sessions. With Rescue Lens, customers can use their mobile device to stream live video to a technician.
- Log in to the LogMeIn Rescue Administration Center.
- On the Organization Tree, select the Technician Group you want to work with.
- Select the Organization tab.
- Under Permissions, select Rescue Lens.
- Click Save Changes.
