About the Calling Card for Linux

It's helpful to understand the customer's experience during a Calling Card session. "You" in this article refers to the Linux customer receiving support from a technician. Rescue technicians can also use this article to learn more about the customer experience.

The Calling Card is a small program that you use to connect directly to your support provider.

Installation

Install the Calling Card by double clicking the resuce-callingcard.deb file, or by right-clicking the file and selecting an installer.

Opening the Calling Card

Click the Calling Card icon on your desktop.

Note: The Calling Card icon can be customized by your service provider.
