How to Allow Agents to Use Rescue Live Lens

    Rescue Live Lens Administrators can control which of their agents are allowed to start a Rescue Live Lens session.

    1. Log in to the Rescue Live Admin Center.
    2. Click the Licenses tab.
    3. On the Organization Tree (left panel), select the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Lens.
      • Using the Organization Tree, you can expand groups and navigate to find the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Lens.
      • Use the Search Users field on top of the left panel to find the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Lens.
    4. Hover over the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Lens, and make sure the box under Live Lens is selected.
      Note: You can only allow an agent to use Rescue Live Lens if your account has available Live Lens licenses. The number of already used and total licenses is displayed under Live Lens on the Licenses tab. For example, if 4/7 is displayed, it means that your company is currently using four out of the available seven licenses.
