Integration of Rescue and ServiceNow

The Connector service links ServiceNow and GoTo Rescue, allowing a ServiceNow user to easily create a Rescue session directly in the ServiceNow incident interface, linking all Rescue session history, chat dialog, and notes back to a ServiceNow incident for future reference.
Once the ServiceNow/
Rescue integration is set up, ServiceNow users will be able to do the following:
- Take advantage of smooth workflow from ticket creation in ServiceNow to a remote support session in Rescue
- Easily generate a GoTo Rescue PIN in the ServiceNow interface
- Synchronize all chat dialog and session history from Rescue to ServiceNow
- Synchronize all notes from Rescue to ServiceNow
