Integration of Rescue and ServiceNow

The Connector service links ServiceNow and LogMeIn Rescue, allowing a ServiceNow user to easily create a Rescue session directly in the ServiceNow incident interface, linking all Rescue session history, chat dialog, and notes back to a ServiceNow incident for future reference.

Once the ServiceNow/Rescue integration is set up, ServiceNow users will be able to do the following:

  • Take advantage of smooth workflow from ticket creation in ServiceNow to a remote support session in Rescue
  • Easily generate a LogMeIn Rescue PIN in the ServiceNow interface
  • Synchronize all chat dialog and session history from Rescue to ServiceNow
  • Synchronize all notes from Rescue to ServiceNow
