Integration of Rescue and HappyFox
Integration of Rescue with HappyFox allows HappyFox support professionals to combine their ticketing system with Rescue's remote support capabilities.
HappyFox technicians can generate session PIN codes directly from the HappyFox interface and log in remotely to customers' computers. Once the support session has ended, detailed information is sent from the Rescue Technician Console and added to the HappyFox support ticket.
