Integration of Rescue and Agiloft

    Integration of Rescue with Agiloft support desk allows Agiloft support professionals to combine their ticketing system with Rescue's remote support capabilities.

    Agiloft technicians can generate session PIN codes directly from the Agiloft interface and log in remotely to customers' computers. Once the support session has ended, detailed information is sent from the Rescue Technician Console to an Agiloft Support Case record.
