Calling Card settings
It's helpful to understand the customer's experience during a Calling Card session. This article helps customers work with Calling Card settings. LogMeIn Rescue technicians can also use this article to learn more about the customer experience.
Click the Settings menu to change certain Calling Card behaviors.
- Launch Application when Windows starts up
- Select this option if you always want Calling Card to start when Windows starts.
- Keep application in the foreground
- Select this option to display Calling Card on top of all other open windows and application.
- Connections > Proxy Settings
- Consult with your service provider before changing these settings.
