How to Set Agent Web Console Language
The Rescue Live Guide agent web console is currently available in English.
Customer-side Language Settings
The shared browsing experience is provided for the customer in the language selected as the active language in their browser settings. Rescue Live Guide supports the following languages:
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Spanish
- Thai
- Traditional Chinese
Note: If the language defined by the customer's browser settings is not supported, the English version is used.
Tip: Depending on permissions set in the Rescue Live Admin Center, customers can change the language of Rescue Live Guide for the given session by using the language selector displayed in the upper-right corner of their browser tab at the start of the session.
