Integration of Rescue Live Guide and Bold360

The integration of Bold360 with Rescue Live Guide allows Bold360 agents to start a Live Guide co-browse session from a chat session with their customer.

    1. Log in to the Bold360 Admin Center, and navigate to Integrations > API Triggers.
    2. Select Create New, and fill in the following fields.
      1. General Tab

        Name
Select a name (for example: "Live Guide" or "Co-Browse").

        1. Type
          Standard

      2. Click the Live Guide tab in the upper menu bar.
      3. Click Script in the navigation pane on the right.
      4. Make sure that the Live Guide script for product integrations setting is enabled, then copy the script with the Copy to Clipboard button.
      5. Open the Bold360 Admin Center.
      6. Select Channels > Chat > Chat Windows.
      7. Select the chat window you use in the supported website, and select Customization.
      8. Under Appearance, configure the following settings.

      9. Under Edit Content, paste the Live Guide script into the field.
