Integration of Rescue Live Guide and Bold360

    The integration of Bold360 with Rescue Live Guide allows Bold360 agents to start a Live Guide co-browse session from a chat session with their customer.

    1. Log in to the Bold360 Admin Center, and navigate to Integrations > API Triggers.
    2. Select Create New, and fill in the following fields.
      1. General Tab

        Name
        Select a name (for example: "Live Guide" or "Co-Browse").
        URL
        https://prod.support.me/create_session?consoleUrl=https://console.logmeinrescue.com/
        API Key
        Integrations
        Item Type
        Chats
        URL Type
        Agent Button
        View
        Embedded
        Panel width
        Width depends on your preferences. 2 or 3 is recommended.

      2. Parameters Tab: add the following two new parameters:

        1. Type
          Standard
          Field
          ChatURL
          Parameter
          url
        2. Type
          Standard
          Field
          ChatID
          Parameter
          chatID

    3. Make Bold360 inject the Rescue Live Guide script to the supported website. This way, only the Bold visitor script needs to be added to the supported website, and the co-browse script gets automatically injected by Bold360.
      1. Log in to the Rescue Live Admin Center.
      2. Click the Live Guide tab in the upper menu bar.
      3. Click Script in the navigation pane on the right.
      4. Make sure that the Live Guide script for product integrations setting is enabled, then copy the script with the Copy to Clipboard button.
      5. Open the Bold360 Admin Center.
      6. Select Channels > Chat > Chat Windows.
      7. Select the chat window you use in the supported website, and select Customization.
      8. Under Appearance, configure the following settings.

        Main group
        Layered - Details
        Key group
        Includes
        Key
        Chat Window Javascript Include

      9. Under Edit Content, paste the Live Guide script into the field.
      10. Click Save in the top-right corner.
