How do I change or recover the password for a technician?

If you know the current password, log in to the Rescue Technician Console, and change the password in the Options menu.

If you do not know the current password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link: If you are still having trouble, and you are not the MAH (master account holder), contact your account administrator (the person who maintains your Rescue account). They can adjust your password in the Rescue Administration Center.

Note: LogMeIn employees do not have access to your passwords.
