Working with Recordings

Rescue Live Lens can optionally make a recording of all on-screen activity during a Rescue Live Lens session and store it in the cloud.

Note: The availability of the Session recording feature depends on an account-level setting in the Rescue Live Lens Admin Center.

Creating Session Recordings

When an agent belonging to an account for which session recording is enabled starts a Rescue Live Lens stream session, session recording automatically begins.

Recording stops when the session ends.

Downloading Session Recordings

Note: Rescue Live Administrators have access to all the recordings created during sessions conducted by any agent of their organization, while agents can only see recordings created during their own shared browsing sessions.

Soon after the recorded session ends, the session recording becomes available in the Actions field of the Reporting tab of the Rescue Live Lens Agent Web Console.

To download the recording, hover over the recording you want to download, and click the Download icon.
If you also took notes during the session, click the Notes icon to view them.
